Since 2015, I've been using Streamline and I can honestly say I've never had a negative experience with their team or services. Whenever I've needed to submit a ticket, they've always gotten back to me quickly and done their best to assist, resolving my problems every single time. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my hosts, and I don't reckon I've found anyone else with customer service as stellar as yours. Keep doing what you're doing!

I've just been with this company for about a day. Shaun (aka Nova) is simply the greatest! He's absolutely fantastic!!! The level of assistance he provided was truly exceptional!! When I was worried about running into problems because I couldn't articulate what I was facing, he figured it out and assisted me super fast without me having to lift a finger.. it was the most amazing experience I've ever had with any company!! I'm really grateful to Shaun for his kindness, it saved me a ton of time and hassle. =)

I ran into some trouble with server time-out. After I submitted a ticket, they responded in under 2 minutes with more questions. Not long after, they identified the problem and resolved it. I was really impressed!

I've encountered a couple of problems with the server vanishing from our game list. Each time I submitted a ticket, the problem got sorted out right away. The team is really nice and always eager to assist and respond to any inquiries.

Man, it's 2022 and they’re still not getting it right. I run a game server with them, and let me tell you, there are like zero players on it. The CPU's sitting at 64%, which just screams they’re using the IP I pay for to mine or something. I asked for a cancellation a week ago, and guess what? No response yet.

Hayden, the senior tech, was super helpful and got back to me quicker than I could even reply! He was a big help, and everything runs really smoothly. Plus, the price is fantastic!

The customer service is off the charts, and the payment options along with plan choices are top-notch! The only downside I can mention is that the admin panel for the game server feels a little cramped, but it's still user-friendly and getting better. Plus, the support team is the friendliest I've encountered in my entire life, and I've tried a bunch of different hosts recently.
